Two people in custody after the drive-by shooting in Cañon City

Cañon City, Colorado (Krdo) -According to the police, two people are based on a Driveby shooting in Cañon City.

The police said they had received a call to the Lighter Mobile Home Park on Friday morning at around 7:50 a.m. An officer said he had been depressed by witnesses, and after they had happened more about what, they saw the suspicious vehicle from the area and contacted them.

The 45 -year -old Tiffany Gann and Eric Chevalier (45) were instructed in the prison of Fremont County.

Gann was booked under the following charges:

• Attempted murder 1. grades complicity
• Illegal use of a weapon
• Illegal unloading of a firearm
• Ruthless threat
• Escape

Chevalier was booked under the following charges:

• Attempted murder 1. degree
• Possession of a weapon by a former perpetrator
• Ruthless threat
• Illegal use of weapon
• Stalking
• Illegal unloading of a firearm
