Two residents of Roxbury because of drug procurement, firearm costs after examination – Boston 25 messages

Boston – After a comprehensive drug examination, the police in Boston announced the arrest of two Roxbury residents.

Jonathan Alcantara-Garcia (40) and Niurka Pimentel-Suero (37) were charged with firearms and drug crimes.

This happened on Friday, February 28, after the police in Boston received search commands for the apartment of the 2 Guild Street in Roxbury.

The officials carried out the monitoring of the area when they noticed that Alcantara-Garcia left the residence and entered a vehicle. When he drove away, the officers continued their surveillance and then surely carried out a traffic stop on Alcantara-Garcia, where he was taken into custody.

Around 10:11 a.m. on the same day, the officials carried out a search command on the property, where they met Pimentel-Suero. Officers could take:

  • Approx. 800 grams of cocaine packed in bags with different sizes
  • About 129 grams of heroin packed in different sizes in bags
  • A 9 mm gun from Smith & Wesson, which is equipped with a 16-round magazine and is loaded with four live rounds
  • Drug utensils, including loose baggies, roles made of plastic bags, clear plastic film, a bottle of lactose, a blender, a digital scale, scissors and a card
  • An unknown amount of the US currency

As a result of the examination, Pimentel-Suero was arrested.

Both Pimentel Suero and Alcantara Garcia were charged:

  • Cocaine trade (200 grams or more)
  • Heroin/Morphin/Fentanylhandel (100 grams or more, less than 200 grams)
  • Illegal possession of a firearm
  • Illegal possession of ammunition

Both people are expected to be charged with the Roxbury district court.
