Unusual winter heat tips break the temperature recordings from LA

The unusually warm winter weather in Southern California this week broke five temperature records on Thursday when a strong high -pressure system increased the thermometer to about 15 degrees above the normal region.

The city center of Los Angeles and Long Beach reached a to-heavy 88 degrees on Thursday and, according to the National Weather Service, interrupted the respective 86 and 84-degree records.

The international airport in Los Angeles recorded a record high of 86 degrees, while the UCLA broke its record with 85 degrees and Paso Robles at 82 degrees.

According to the weather service, high cooler temperatures with heights in the upper 60s and 70s are expected on Friday.

Although the hot weather this week may have been triggered to an early appearance of flip-flops and sundresses, prognostic warns that these heat sections do not indicate an early start in spring.

It is expected that several cold, wet storms are dramatically turning the forecast at the weekend and pulling the Southland back into winter. According to the latest prospects of the National Climate Prediction Center, below -average temperatures will probably be stopped until mid -March.

“We will really come here in the next few days here in winter, two or three rather cold low -pressure systems,” said Mike Wfford, a meteorologist of the National Weather Service in Oxnard. “It will be a pretty dramatic change.”

The upcoming cold front is, but the latest example of the Weather Pash The Southland has experienced this winter.

The new year began with critical dry and hot conditions alongside violent Santa Ana Winds, which showed one of the most expensive fire storm in modern history. The residents then dealt with a flood of the rain, the sludge case and freezing over night temperatures.
