Updated: Murder systems submitted after woman in McKean County Motel | News

Smethport, PA.-the district prosecutor of McKean County, Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, reported on Sunday that when a woman was found in Port Alleganys Midtown Motel, murder accusations were submitted.

Brian Kuchinka, most recently from Port Allegany, becomes serious bodily harm due to criminal murder, serious physical injury and tries to ruthless to cause serious physical injuries, serious physical injuries with a deadly weapon.

The Pennsylvania State Police, after the officials answered the motel, conjured up the Port Allegany police after thinking about a tip in an examination of a missing person.

According to Shaffer, Port Allegany's officers tried to contact Kuchinka, who was the missing victim's ex-boyfriend and who is known to stay in the motel after the end of her relationship in February.

In the punishment complaint, officials heard a single shot from the room and could smell shot residues. The police then founded a radius when the state police contacted Kuchinka by phone. Finally, according to the police report, Kuchinka came out of his room and was found as a handgun. He had the police, who believed that it was a self -inflicted head injury and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The victim's body was discovered in the room, reported Shaffer, and the police said they had received surveillance material that Kuchinka allegedly weared with a apparently body from a small SUV into his room.

Pennsylvania State Police, Port Allegany Police, McKean County Chief Detective, district prosecutor, forensic doctor and Port Allegany Ambulance answered everyone.

The investigation of the state police continues and Shaffer added that the police were interested in talking to everyone who was in Smethport between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. on February 21 on February 21st. They believe that they could be related to the investigation.
