In a Facebook post, Lestor Mendoza said that he had interacted with the shooter Diogenes Archangel Ortiz for several days before delivering the “worst conceivable news”.

I spoke to the man who did this action and interacted with him for several days. I was there when we brought the worst news that were imaginable – that his beloved person was gone. I saw his first -hand devastation. At that moment I really didn't see a monster. He was just broken. It was only the day before that my colleague and I shared our own personal memories of losses with this man. We developed a human connection when he showed us pictures of his beloved person, a engagement gift from a beautiful pink and white necklace and guard, which thanked me for parts, and he thanked me for sharing my. I would never have imagined or expected that he would do something like that. But grief, exhaustion, isolation and lack of psychological and social support services create cracks through which people fall. And if you do it, the consequences can be catastrophic.

According to the UPMC website, Mendoza is an assistant from a doctor who specializes in pulmonary care. He remembered the shattering experience and the members of the traumatic events of his intensive team survived because they were tied as a hostage with zipper and taken hostages.

The police were killed by the police after opening a fire in the intensive care unit at the intensive care unit on Saturday and shooting 6 people, including Officer Andrew Duarte. Duarte died of his injuries.

Mendoza condemned violence and informed his opinion on the current state of the health system.

Mendoza apologized to his employees and employees an apology for what they sounded during the attack while they thanked the first aiders who helped and issued Officer Duarte.

My team and the unthinkable trauma and the insignificant thought and what each of them had to endure is so sorry. I think about what each of you does every day. Many thanks to the officers who were called to help us when things were too far away. Many thanks to Officer Duarte for her ultimate victim to prevent additional colleagues/ friends/ working families from dealing with this tragic, dark event. With all, they will never be forgotten, and the people who risk their lives every day will not.

It comes as the local community of the York County and beyond the tragedy.

UPMC subsequently published an explanation on Sunday morning and said that the health workers injured at the shootout are “stable and progress”.
