The 42 -year -old Robert Andrew Phillips was released by the judge of the Summit District Court, Richard Mrazik, after his arrest on Sunday due to serious assault, ruthless driving and driving with expired vehicle registration.

“While he spoke to the suspect, he said that he had directed his pistol on the other vehicle and that they were both street raging,” Hunt wrote in his affidavit. “The victim provided video evidence for the incident and the suspect was taken into custody and booked to the Summit County prison.”

Judge Mrazik's command command stipulates that Phillips “has to promise to appear for all necessary legal proceedings” and “promise not to commit a crime”. In addition, he must “avoid contact with the victim of the alleged crime” and “expire or fail to own a firearm or another dangerous weapon”.

The serious indictment for assault is listed as a third degree crime, while ruthless driving is a class A's offense and the violation of registration is a violation.

Phillips was instructed in the Sheriff office of the Summit County on Sunday evening at 7:55 p.m.
