Mr. Smith's probation helper gave him extraordinary reviews. Legal difficulties were ready and able to help the Forsyth area.

In response to concerns of some in the community, whether someone was put in danger for Smith's position with the chamber or not, the board said that the municipality was safe.

“At no time, the FACC board of directors ever knowingly put a member of the community in danger of Mr. Smith,” they wrote. “During his time on the chamber board, Mr. Smith was never violated his probation. Mr. Smith would often be set up and return before the events to make it easier to tore off/tidy up. The FACC works closely with the local law enforcement authorities at all of our events. If Mr. Smith had been violated at any time, I would have no doubt that he had been arrested. “

The incident is used by the board as a growth chance.
