Video shows MPs who try to pull the man who is accused

St. Johns County, Fla. -N new videos show that the MPs of St. Johns County have hit a 62-year-old man who waved and fired his weapon in front of the window of a red pick-up while driving the Interstate 95.

On Monday morning, law enforcement officers were flooded with calls over the man, who was later identified as Samuel O'Neil Gardner and showed a weapon on vehicles on the highway.

According to St. John County's office, the MPs tried to stop the man, but he fled as he pointed the weapon to several law enforcement officers.

Gardner crashed in a forest area south of State Road 16.

A driver who shared several videos of what happened next, said he flew past his car with several MPs who were beaten behind him.

A video showed that the MPs worked on removing Gardner from the fallen truck.

News4jax Crime and Safety Analyst was shocked when he watched the video and Ruthlessly described Gardner's behavior.

“This is the kind of things that you just never know what this person in the other car, what your spiritual status is, where your head space is or what you are armed with,” said Hackney. “At least this person gives them the heads that I am armed, but that's the kind of person who is really scary because they just don't know what they are capable of.”

Gardner was flown to the hospital with serious injuries.

It is expected to receive charges.
