According to reports, the man who was identified as Tejraj Yadav from Odisha was for medical treatment. Before he climbed the building, he had reportedly left his child in a hospital.

Witnesses stated that he showed irregular behavior before jumping. When the police got the information, a team arrived at the scene, but they could not prevent his fall.
