The Washington Capitals have unveiled their special Cherry Blossom jerseys in honor of the year National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC, as a homage to the cherry blossoms. The Washington Capitals published their new Cherry Blossom jerseys with the 50th anniversary of the “Screaming Eagle” team and a patch on Cherry Blossom Branch on the shoulders in honor of the annual festival of Washington, DC.

The Washington Capitals have once again teamed up with the artist Taylor Kampa Olson of Tko paintings to design their latest jerseys inspired by cherry blossoms. The limited jerseys are worn by the players when they enter Detroit for their game against the Red Wings on March 18.
Fans can also have a piece of this distinctive design, with signed jerseys and pucks that are available via an online auction. The funds collected by the auction support the Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation, which finances numerous community organizations. Merchandise with the Cherry Blossom Design will also be available via the Capitals web shop.
Taylor Kampa Olson is a talented local artist who is known for her versatility to create a wide range of works of art, from abstract pieces and detailed portraits to large -scale murals and tailor -made jackets. Through her brand TKO Paintings, she has gained recognition for her unique artistic style and her ability to bring creative visions to life.
