We have now pre -ordered the date and pricing for the Retroid Pocket Flip 2 & Pocket Classic

After a lot of teasing, we finally have a price and pre-order date for the Retroid Pocket Flip 2 and Retroid Pocket Classic (thanks Android Authority!).

According to a contribution by Goretroid, the pre -orders for both devices begin on March 17th at 9:30 p.m. With regard to the prices, we will deal a little because it requires another explanation.

If you have not followed the recent activities of the company, it first revealed the two new handhelds for Valentine's Day last month.

From these we know that the retroid pocket flip 2 will be available in four different color combinations (ice blue, black, GC, 16-bit us) and contain two types of models with different SoCs.

The first model contains a Snapdragon 865 SoC that was the SOC of choice for the retroid bag -mini and retroid pocket 5. In the meantime, the second will contain a MediaTek D1100 SoC, which was previously used to power the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro.

As far as the Retroid Pocket Classic is concerned, the company has announced that it will use a Qualcomm 4NM chipset but has stopped revealing exactly what SOC has been using so far. This device will contain a four-button variant, which is available in Berry, Atomic Purple, Kiwi, Retro, PKM-Gelb and blue-green color schemes, as well as an additional 6-button variant that is described in a color art that is described by Goretroid as “classic 6”.
