This is how the police treat black people, they put a crime on my daughter in their own car when they could only knock on the door

Westlake's police said Herman did not comply with the officials of the officials, “put on the floor or turn around and go back to the official”. They stated that he only threatened him with a “less fatal use of violence” and approached the investigators before the arrest.

The Westlake police are familiar with a cell phone video that is distributed online for arrest in the Bradley RD on February 25, 200. This rightful arrest was the direct result of non -compliance with the residents of property in the Bradley Rd. The published videos do not show the incident from the start and do not tell the whole story. While both the suspect, who is finally arrested and the police officers involved, used hard language, this language was remained in the video published here. Therefore, discretion is recommended when viewing. Officials use many communication techniques to examine incidents and people. This is often determined by the verbal and physical reactions of the person with whom the officials try to communicate. As you can see in this video, the inhabitant of the supposedly stolen car does not correspond to the instructions of the officials to leave the vehicle and step down to the officials to promote the investment, the officials try more and explicit communication. When the man leaves the house and now directs the civil servants' attention to two people who are connected to an investigation of crimes and does not lie on the floor or do not turn around and run back after the officials, escalating the situation. Our officials recovered dozens of stolen vehicles with armed suspects. Only when someone has been searched do we know whether they are armed or not. With compliance, our officials can quickly and safely solve a situation. Only when the Westlake officials threaten the man with a less fatal use of violence that the man complies with and approaches the investigators. If the woman in the vehicle that was confirmed as stolen before the officials approached, or the man who left the house had complied with the lawful orders of the officers, statements could have been quickly obtained and stories could have been obtained. It is likely that nobody would have been arrested. The 39 -year -old Westlake man was charged with the official business. Cleveland PD later removed the stolen car from police databases. The officials pursue Cleveland PD to maintain their police reports on the loss and restoration of the vehicle.

The police department later published its own body camera video of the incident. The 39-year-old Herman was charged with the official business.

Harmonie says 3News that it is unfair.

“It was only an immediate screaming and argument. It was not a situation in which it was tried to be de -escalated. It was only hetero, like aggression. It felt like this,” she said. “A policeman literally threatened to shoot my father, and I think: 'Why would you do that?' … I really thought my father would be shot that day, and that was scary.

The police from Cleveland reports 3NEWS that the process for removing a restored stolen vehicle is not immediately from its system. Herman Carpenter was not available to speak in front of the camera, but harmony says her father has been published since then and has a lawyer.
