Summary of the incident: On February 27, 2025, around 10:17 p.m., the Westminster -Kaserne Vermont State Police -Westminster barracks received numerous 911 calls, who report a wrong way to Interstate 91 North near Mile Marker 34 in the city of Rockingham. Callers reported that the vehicle drove to the south in the alleys to the north. The Bellows police authority and the Windham County's Sheriff have intercepted and stopped the vehicle in the city of Westminster in the city of Westminster. Shortly afterwards, the soldiers arrived on site, and the investigation showed that the operator identified as a 30-year-old Lucas Hebert was under the influence of alcohol. Hebert was arrested for suspicion of DUI and heavily negligent operation and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing. He was later released with a criminal quote and is to appear on March 3rd, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. in front of the Supreme Court in Vermont, the Windham department, the criminal division to answer the above charges.
