Next 24 hOUR: A light rain and north of the I-90 will exist this morning before it lifts to noon northeast of the region. The winds increase later in the morning and turn westly when the low pressure of the surface opens northeast to the northern Wi. These winds will eventually become northwest in the afternoon. Although some rain or snow showers are continued in the afternoon north of the I-94, most areas will be dry and windy. The temperatures start about 50 degrees before falling into the 1930s at sunset. The airy conditions will continue on Saturday evening, with the temperatures falling to the upper teenagers up to the mid -20s by Sunday morning.
