Wheatfield man who is accused of numerous weapons

On February 26, 2025, the NYSP community stabilized unit Justin A. Schoelles, 43 from Wheatfield, ny due to criminal property 3^RD – attack weapon- 2 counts (D criminal offense), criminal possession of a weapon 3^RD – silencer – 2 counts (D crime), criminal possession of a weapon 3^RD– High -capacity magazines – 20 counts (D criminal offense), illegal purchase of body armor – have an offense and illegal, to sell harmful materials – b -offenses.

On February 26, 2025, the troop carried out a community stabilization unit with Special Investigations Unit Buffalo, CTIU NICS West, SP Lockport BCI and NYSP Bombertsal Unit a search command against the Niagara Road in the city of Wheatfield. Schoelles was arrested and several weapons were recorded as evidence. AFT was notified and reacted to assist. Schoelles was transported and processed to the SP Lockport. Schoelles was then brought to Niagara County's prison for central charges.
