The Dutton Family Saga continues this week with the hit “Yellowstone” Prequel “1923”.

According to the USA Today, “1923” is the second “Yellowstone” prequel and follows the events of the Limited Series “1883”, which was published in 2021. The series follows a new generation of Duttons under the direction of the patriarch Jacob and matriarch Cara, played by Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren.

It also examines the “early 20th century, as Pandemics, historical drought and the end of the ban plague the mountain vests, and the duttons that it calls it at home,” says the Synopsis series.

“1923” locations

Collider reports that a large part of the filming for “1923” in Butte, Montana, was carried out. However, eight other cities in Montana were also used as locations, including Anaconda, Deer Lodge, Dillon, Hamilton, Park City, Pony, Valier and Whitehall.

Several international places were also used as locations for the series, including the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, the Umgeni station in South Africa, the Kearsney Manor in South Africa and the Grand Harbor in Valletta, Malta.
