Wilton Simpson praised the proposal to protect farmers and hunters from drones in 2025 Florida Farm Bill

Agricultural commissioner Wilton Simpson Celebrates commissions in the Florida Farm 2025, which is the protection of farmers and hunters of Florida, which his office describes as “nuisance of drones”, the protection of farmers and hunters.

The measure would prohibit the use of drones in agricultural areas unless the owner is approved. It would also ban drones on or near private property, state hunting areas or shooting areas if the intention to use the drone should be bothered.

“Florida's farmers, cattle breeders and hunters are exposed to drones with increasing harassment – be it the agricultural operations, the nuisance of farm animals or the disruption of the rightful hunting and shooting activities,” said Simpson. “The Florida Farm Bill takes a strong stand to protect the rights of those who feed our families and manage our natural resources from coordinated and deliberate harassment.”

Rep added. Danny Alvarez: “Our farmers and hunters are the backbone of Florida's legacy, and they earn it to be protected from being protected that would use drones to intimidate and disturb them. I am glad to see that Commissioner Simpson leads forward and defends himself against those who would try to harm them. “

The farm bill (SB 700Present HB 651), sponsored by sen. Keith Truenow and rep. Kaylee PutWould also return decisions about solar parks to local governments in agricultural areas; Prohibition of financial institutions to refuse service to agricultural producers based on environmental policy or emission goals; Open tax exemption options; Implement new guidelines to ensure access to fuel in rural areas in emergencies and hurricanes; Implement new consumer protection; and support of agricultural education programs.

“Florida's farmers, cattle breeders and hunters shouldn't have to worry that they are bothered by drones while simply going to work or enjoying our nature,” said Truenow. “I am proud to praise Florida's agricultural and hunting communities and the Commissioner Wilton Simpson to support clear protective measures in order to prevent bad actors from using drones to disturb legal activities.”

Tuck pointed to “The activists for radical left and animal rights” as bad actors who “bother and intimidate Florida's farmers, cattle breeders and hunters”.

“Commissioner Wilton Simpson understands how important it is to stand up for our way of life, and this legislation ensures that property rights and hunting rights are protected against air surveillance and harassment. I am proud to sponsor this legislation together with Senator Truenow, ”she said.

The draft law contains some provisions that could receive a setback from Democrats in both chambers, although such protests will probably not compete in the GOP-controlled legislature of super majority.

The measure includes the protection of the second change, including the update of the insurance process for the concealment of the state weapon license, in order to remove the potential suspension of the rights of gun ownership, “to the final disposition or proof of the restoration of civil and weapon rights”. Instead, it enables the right from the time when a crime history identifies a crime that “can disqualify the applicant” of gun ownership to extend up to an additional 90 days.

The invoices also try to add new consumer protection. This includes a new effort to ban the labeling of products on a plant -based basis as milk or meat. The measures would also create an “honest service register” in which non -profit organizations would be present, in which no funds from abroad incorporate or contain worrying countries.

In addition, companies have to clearly mark the prices for all articles and eliminate an outdated law that made it possible to be optional.

The invoices would also remove a gap that would enable psychedelic mushrooms to be sold and create a state crime for stealing checks from mailboxes.

A determination that the eyebrows probably lifts would prohibit the addition of non-water quality additives to public water systems that would apply to fluoride. Water fluoridation has become a hot topic in recent months Robert F. Kennedy Jr. urges to remove it from drinking water sources.

In the event of an emergency provision, the measures would create a program for fuel registration in retail for reliable fuel supply in emergencies and set up a subsidy program for tax -limited counties along the evacuation routes in order to purchase the purchase of generator switches for petrol stations that cannot work without electricity.

The measures would also protect 4-hour and FFA programs in schools from local zoning laws, with an exemption ensures that agriculture in which programs are present.

“This calculation is about defending freedom – freedom for our farmers to edit their country without interference and freedom for our hunters in order to enjoy their sport without harassment. Under Commissioner Wilton Simpson's leadership and with the work of Senator Truenow and representative Tuck, we make it clear that Florida is standing with them, putting food on our tables and maintaining our traditions outdoors, ”said Sen. Danny Citizens.
