Winter mix chance tonight

We had a cloudy and bleak Wednesday in Ostkentucky.

From 5 p.m., some places only took one rain, while others, especially near Harlan, took 0.71 inch rain.

We will keep the chance of rain in the prediction tonight.

It will go to the snow when we roll into the night hours and the morning hours of their Thursday.

As soon as this system is pushed through in the late morning hours, the clouds will remove, which leaves us with a lot of sunshine.

Then we go to Friday and the weekend when another rain round will swing on Friday evening and the day on Saturday.

We will take a break in the afternoon and another round fluctuations on Saturday evening and on Sunday morning.

High this weekend will be in the upper 40s and low 50s.

We will warm up for the beginning of the next week with a lot of sunshine and heights in the low 60s for Monday and upper 60s and even low 70s.
