Witnesses react to the main event event in Cobb

Witnesses break what happened before a man started on Sunday evening at the main event on Cobb Parkway.

Atlanta – A popular entertainment center quickly turned the family into a scene of chaos and fear after a dispute led to shots in the main event in Cobb County.

The cell phone video caught the moments immediately after switching off the shots and sent families and patrons for security.

“They do not appreciate their lives or someone else at this point if they do this,” said Nicole Glover.

Glover was inside with her children when the shots broke out. She said one of the balls had ordained her pants leg.

“I couldn't run out of the door because I got my children and I said: 'Where are my children?' And when I realized where my children were, I went up and got out of the door, ”said Glover.

While most people escape the building, a man made the decision to run into it to help.

“I decided to go back into the building and go into the 'fire', go to chaos, and just decided, people are in need and need help. And that was. It was just so easy. ” said Doc Holliday.

Despite the terrible ordeal, the main event opened its doors less than 24 hours later. For those who visited on Monday afternoon, however, the events of the last night remained in their heads.

Some people hadn't heard of the shooting until they saw the video.

“This is scary. Especially if you only come here to have fun and play Arcade games, and then you only see that. Yes, that scares me. To be honest,” said it.

On the entrance doors of the building, a sign says that everyone under the age of 18 has to be accompanied by an adult. However, some believe that it was the adults who needed supervision on Sunday evening.

“I don't know why you would choose something like that when children are nearby. Regardless of age and if you are teenagers or if you are smaller or whatever,” said Kayla Banks.

Kayla Banks, who brought her children to the main event after the shootout, says that additional security could help prevent future incidents.

“Especially later at night. I know events and things like that,” said Banks.

When asked whether the main event is planning to increase security after shooting, management and sales team rejected a comment. A suspect is still being sought
