WR Cooper Kupp to move quickly after the RAMS has been released; Broncos among interested teams

Cooper Kupp will probably not be on the open market for long.

After Kupp was officially released by the Los Angeles Rams on Wednesday, he does not plan to have a long, listed process, and prefers to make a decision quickly, reported Fox Sports.

The former Pro-Bowler is interested in at least five teams and will soon make a decision, although it is unclear whether he will accept visits from free agents, according to Schultz, who was added that the Broncos were “firm in the mix”, but the Jaguars were not. According to Schultz's sources, Kupp is preserved the salary that he demands wherever he signs.

Kupp's publication came over a month after he announced that the RAMs wanted to exchange trading with him in this low season.

“I do not agree to the decision and always believed (my career) to start and end in LA,” Kupp wrote on February 3 in a social media contribution.

After his publication, he said goodbye to the team and the city emotionally.

Los Angeles's decision to publish Kupp came a few days after reporting that it would shorten it if he had not been traded on Wednesday at the beginning of the new league year. The Rams found their replacement for the Kupp on Sunday and signed the three-time all-pro-wide recipient of the first team, Davante Adams, to play alongside Puka Nacua and catch passes from Matthew Stafford.

According to Spotrac, the step to publish Kupp will create 7.52 million US dollars for the RAMs for the RAMS.

Kupp, who turns 32 in June, has a 2024 season in which he included 67 catches for 710 yards and six touchdowns. He played in just 12 games when he dealt with ankle injuries. It was his third season in a row in which he appeared in 12 or less games. In 2023 he only played in week 5 because he recovered from the operation after he had suffered a high sprain of the ankles in week 10 of the 2022 season.

Before these injuries, Kupp was probably the best broad recipient in the NFL. In 2021 he reached the receiving three -time crown, which the NFL received in reception (145), yards (1,947) and touchdowns (16). He won Super Bowl Lvi with the Rams this season and raised them past the Cincinnati Bengals with eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns when he won Super Bowl MVP.

While Kupp is no longer at its peak, it becomes one of the top recipients that are available on the open market. On Wednesday afternoon there are other remarkable width recipients who are free agents, Stefon Diggs, Keenan Allen and Amari Cooper.
