WSP trooper dismissed from prison after a fatal crash; Victim identified as a 20-year-old

Tri-Cities, Wa. -In connection with a fatal crash near Richland, off-duty State soldier was released from prison on Monday, March 3, when the investigators publicly identified 20-year-old Jhoser Sanchez, who publicly identified the 20-year-old Richland residents of Richland as the victim of the fatal accident during a press conference.

“This is a terribly tragic accident, and our hearts go to the Sanchez family to suddenly lose their 20-year-old son Jhoser Sanchez,” said Damon Jansen, the commander for investigations in the Richland police department. “This remains an active and ongoing examination. Further details are provided at the available disposal. Our investigators work tirelessly on it and make such a thorough examination as we can.”

A preliminary hearing for the 35-year-old soldier Sarah Clasen, a 14-year-old veteran at WSP, took place on Monday afternoon in the Benton County Justice Center after she was arrested on Saturday evening near the Parkway Village at the State Route 240, where she collided with Sanchez 'motorcycle.

Curdish documents from Kepr News State Clasen refused to submit voluntary field soberness tests and an alcohol test, and seemed to have shiny eyes and “smells of intoxicants on their person”.

Clasen set out to provide a voluntary written statement that RPD had taken into account, in which the Court of Justice contained around six punishments and contained two spelling mistakes. When Jansen was asked about the statement of clasen from clasen, he could not remember.

“The question before the court is that there was sufficient evidence before this court to keep Ms. Clasen, and I think there is clearly there,” said Eric Eisinger, Benton County prosecutor.

Keith Johnson, the public defense lawyer assigned to the clasen, rejected the likely term and argued that nowhere in the documentation it takes into account that Clasen Sanchez provided the CPR for CPR before the arrival of doctors and that the responding officer found that her brilliant eyes could have been due to the wine.

“The government has only half of the story here, and half that they have brought up is not even sufficient to have a probable reason, said Johnson.

A special prosecutor is to be named in the case in the coming days.

Clasen, which was transferred by WSP in administrative leave, will be created on Wednesday, March 12, at 8:30 a.m. for charges.
