The rock tempted Champion Cody Rhodes to accept its offer at the Elimination Chamber on WWE Smackdown.

The last Smackdown episode before the Elimination Chamber 2025 was broadcast live in India on March 1st. The signature Weekly Wrestling Show was organized in the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada. The latest Smackdown episode was full of intensive drama and contained large updates for the upcoming premium live event of the company. The fans were also spoiled with promos from Top WWE stars such as Trish Stratus, Drew Mcintyre, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. The main event experienced the triple threat between Jacob Fatu, Carmelo Hayes and La Knight. The winner of the game would be the number one candidate of the WWE United States Championship for men.

Trish Stratus appeals fans

Trish Stratus started the segment by thanking Lillian Garcia for her introduction. Then she expressed excitement for the upcoming Premium Live event of the company, the elimination Chamber 2025. The legendary superstar introduced Tiffany Stratton, who went from the crowd to huge ovation. Chelsea Green interrupted the duo and claimed that she deserved more broadcast time than the American master of women. Stratton then challenged Green to a match. Nick Aldis sent a referee to officially make the fight.

Drew Mcintyre appeared on the ring and commented on John Cena's career before describing him as a hypocrite. Damian Priest went out and claimed that Mcintyre had only complained about everything throughout his career. Seth Rollins set off and said that he had beaten priests for the World Cup in heavyweight championship if it were not for punk and Mcintyre. He added that Mcintyre, priest and everyone else had no chance against him in the men's elimination chamber.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn come to face face

Sami Zayn expressed how it would be an understatement to say that he and Kevin Owens went through a lot. Owens appeared in the empty Rogers Center and said that he did not want to appear in the Scotiabank Arena to sake Zayn's neck. Zayn then revealed that he was a little nervous, but not about himself. Instead, he was nervous what he would do to Owens in the Elimination Chamber.

La Knight against Santos Escobar in a tournament of WWE United States Championship No. 1 in the first round – match – La Knight secured a Pinfall win with a counter.

Braun Strowman against Carmelo Hayes in a tournament of WWE United States Championship No. 1 of the competitor in the first round – Carmelo Hayes sealed a victory through disqualification.

Bianca Belair, Bayley and Naomi against the Youngest Day and Roxanne Perez – A POP -ROX from Roxanne Perez on Bayley secured a Pinfall victory.

Carmelo Hayes against Jacob Fatu against La Knight in WWE United States Championship No. 1 of the competitor's tournament – La Knight won Pinfall with a side press on Carmelo Hayes to become No. 1 of the WWE United States Championship.
