Wyndham Reports Record Growth and increases the dividend

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. has announced an increase in the quarterly cash dividend by 8% and increased it from $ 0.41 per share.

This dividend is scheduled to be planned on March 31, 2025 to the shareholders recorded on March 17, 2025.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Wyndham recorded growth of global sales per space available by 5% compared to the same period in 2023, which marked a sequential improvement of 400 basis points.

The company's system -wide rooms grew by 4%compared to the previous year, with a record of 68,700 rooms opened worldwide, including almost 28,000 in the USA. The development pipeline also grew 5% to 252,000 rooms compared to the previous year.

The properties of Wyndham benefited from their proximity to the development agencies of the data center and recorded almost 5% growth in Revpar.

This trend is due to the increased demand for temporary apartments by construction workers and specialists who are involved in data center projects.

The increase in the data center building in the USA has become a significant trend that benefits the longer start and street hotels of Wyndham.
