Blake Porter, Senior of Texas Tech, achieved the amazing performance on February 24, 2025 during the 9-rank-tech-Red Raiders with 9th in Houston Cougars men.

During a commercial break, Porter took part in a putt challenge on the square. The golf ball was placed on the baseline, where Porter made the shot.

“If you put on a basketball court, it's not that easy,” the announcer is heard.

While the announcer continues to talk, the ball quickly rolls over the entire place and directly into the small hole.

“It's in!” The announcer calls out. “The place goes bananas and what are you doing? You go with Patrick Mahomes. “

Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback and Texas Tech Alum Mahomes sat in the game. The video shows Mahomes and Porter that celebrate together by lending a shoulder bead in the air.

Porter said he initially received Apple headphones, an iPad and a cooler for the shot. But Mahomes surprised Porter with a video in which he announced that the Texas Tech Athletics would pay for his lessons next autumn.

Mahomes also said that he and Adidas Porter would make Team Mahomes an honorary member of his NIL initiative with Texas Tech.

Porter studies finances and plans to attend the graduate school next year.
