Youngkin signs Executive Order 'to protect Virginians from dangerous illegal immigrants.

Richmond- Governor Glenn Youngkin issued the order of the executive 47 on Thursday to lead the state law enforcement and correction officers in order to help enforce the immigration of the federal immigration and apply for the places that work fully together with immigration and customs authorities in the United States and other assets in the United States.

The Executive Order 47 instructs the police from Virginia and the Department of Corrections to sign § 287 (g) agreements with ICE and to apply for the secretary for public security and home protection for certification of local and regional prison authorities, in which the complete cooperation with ICE and section 287 (g) VSP Task Force is confirmed.

The law on the illegal reform and the law on immigrant responsibility of 1996 of 1996 was added to the Immigration and Citizenship Act (INA), which authorizes ICE to conclude agreements with state and local law enforcement authorities on the progress of the federal immigration laws, according to the release.
